Marie M. Garcia is a passionate individual who guides her clients through their toughest transitions.
Ms. Garcia graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and later enrolled at South Texas College of Law. While in law school, she was named to the Dean’s list, clerked for the Attorney General’s Office and the family courts in Harris County, and received the Family Law Award. Ms. Rivera-Diaz graduated Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law and earned her law degree in 2016. That same year she began her law career at the law office of Boudreaux | Hunter & Associates, LLC as a Law Clerk and advanced to Associate Attorney after passing the bar.
Ms. Garcia is currently a member of the Texas State Bar, Mexican American Bar Association, Hispanic Bar Association, Association of Woman Attorney’s and the Family Law Section of the Houston Bar Association.
Ms. Garcia’s goal is to protect the rights of those often underserved. She advocates on behalf of families, serving as a trusted and able advisor.
